Job Description

  • Business Development through extensive Market research and Analysis for Managed IT Services and Cloud Computing in International market.
  • Revenue generation from clients — existing and new — and agencies in the form of advertisement with innovation and effective sales planning.
  • Must be able to design customized Integrated Brand solutions for clients by understanding their target audience & campaign objectives.
  • Develop unique, compelling and exciting presentations and demonstrations of the technologies as per the business requirements.
  • Deliver persuasive, passionate, high impact, high quality presentations to senior decision makers.
  • Create actionable steps to achievement of big, ambiguous ideas.
  • Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills; ability to close high value and high profile deals.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to champion and drive cross-functionally improvement initiatives.

Skills & Abilities Required

  • Must possess excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Should be a Graduate/BE/MBA with 2 to 4 years of experience in business development/ cold calling / international sales.
  • Should be able to work efficiently and produce results, individually and as a team, even under pressure.
  • Must be well versed in Market Research, Lead Generation, Presentation skills, Sales Negotiation skills and Handling Objections.
  • Need to select the appropriate business development executives, train and engage them as per the business requirements and produce results and handle the team efficiently.
  • Interested in cold calling, pitching to right person in the US (CXOs), fixing appointments for corporate presentations.
  • Must be able to multitask and to complete several tasks and meet up with deadlines.
  • Should have excellent knowledge in exhibiting marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
