- – Partner with function heads to proactively identify hiring requirements
- – Determine applicant requirements based on the job descriptions of the openings
- – Use all possible sources such as resume databases, recruitment platforms, campus placements, references and market reconnaissance to identify the right candidates
- – Reach out to potential candidates proactively, pitching the job and the company in the best possible way
- – Screen and shortlist candidates based on initial applications, qualification matching, reference checks,
- and communication skill checks etc.
- – Schedule and coordinate interviews

Education-
Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
– High level of energy and passion for their job. Be able to multi-task and get results in terms of hiring the right candidates at a very fast pace.
– Excellent communication skills. Hindi is must.
– 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a recruiter at a large technology / e-Commerce company or as a placement consultant
– In-depth and hands-on knowledge of recruiter tools like LinkedIn
– Have a network in place of recruitment consultants as well as a market mapping of companies to target for various types of openings
